Untracked Packages: Power Arc is not liable for untracked parcels that may become lost in transit.

Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer. However, we will always do our best to assist in tracking or resolving delivery issues.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Approximately 98% of all parcels are delivered within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout.

Wrong Adress Policy

We ship orders only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are entered correctly before completing your order.

If you entered the wrong address:

Before shipping:
Contact our support team immediately. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to update the address.

After shipping:

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the full cost of re-shipping.

  • If your order is delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
