We’re here to help you feel better, faster, and that includes shopping with confidence. If something’s not right with your order, our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-first.
Eligibility for Refunds
You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or refund.
To qualify:

Products must be in original condition or gently used if trialled

Must include any packaging, accessories, and manuals if applicable

You must submit photo or video evidence of any fault, issue, or damage
We cannot accept returns if:

The 30-day window has passed

The product was damaged due to misuse or personal wear and tear

Items are missing components (unless previously approved)

The item was marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g. opened hygiene items)
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Clear photos or video evidence

We’ll guide you through the return steps, which may include:

Processing your refund within 5–10 business days after item arrival
We highly recommend using tracked shipping for any return you send yourself. If the item is lost in transit and you don’t use tracking, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Restocking & Return Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are typically the customer’s responsibility unless:

The product was defective

The wrong item was sent

The package was never delivered
Partial Refunds (Bundles & Discounts)
If you purchased multiple items using a bundle discount code (such as ARC10 for 10% off) and later choose to return part of your order the discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep. The refund will be adjusted based on the value of the items you keep. For example:

You purchase 2 devices both worth £100 each totalling to £200

You apply the ARC10 code, receiving 10% off making the total £180
-
You return 1 item, the one you keep will be charged at £100
-
Your refund will be £80 (i.e, £180-£100).
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return for the one you have and place a new order.
