Please  Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days once your order has been processed. Because of high demand, delivery times may be a little longer than usual estimated between 7-14 business days. Your patience means a lot to us, we’re doing our best to get you order to you as quickly as possible. 

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s). Power Arc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order

Upon inquiry, Power Arc will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. As mentioned, please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we can not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

When your items are shipped out (usually 2-4 business days from when order is placed), you should receive an automatic notification form the system. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us at

As of right now we currently only ship to the US, UK, Canada,  Australia and New Zealand, with free shipping available for all countries mentioned. We are currently working on expanding our distribution centres and  with the aim of serving customer globally.
